About the Role

TRI/*CK is looking for a talented freelance Motion Graphics Designer to support us on upcoming corporate conference and live-event projects. We’re a UK-based creative studio working across live events, conferences and brand experiences, and we’re looking to build relationships with talented motion designers around the world. You’ll work from creative direction, branding and design assets supplied by TRI/*CK, developing these into polished animated content for large-format event screens.

What you’ll be creating

  • Motion graphics and animated event content
  • Large-format / LED screen animations
  • Holding and welcome screens
  • Speaker introductions and title sequences
  • Logo animations and event stings
  • Transitions and interstitial content
  • Countdown sequences
  • Video editing and assembly
  • Supporting conference screen content

What we’re looking for

Strong experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is essential. We’re particularly interested in designers with experience creating content for live events, corporate conferences, exhibitions, awards shows or large-format LED displays. You should have a strong eye for typography, composition, timing and animation, and be comfortable:

  • Working with unusual screen resolutions and aspect ratios
  • Following established brand guidelines
  • Taking supplied static designs into motion
  • Working independently to agreed deadlines
  • Communicating clearly while working remotely

Location

Worldwide — fully remote. TRI/*CK is based in the UK, but we’re happy to work with talented freelancers anywhere in the world.

Longer-term opportunity

We’re initially recruiting for an upcoming conference project, but this isn’t necessarily a one-off. We’re looking to build relationships with reliable motion designers who can become part of our wider freelance network, with the potential for regular work across future TRI/*CK projects.
