Night Manager - Heathrow Terminal 5
My client is seeking a highly competent, safety-focused Night Manager to oversee site operations at Heathrow Terminal 5. You will take full ownership of the night shift, managing on-site activity, maintaining strict health and safety protocols, and delivering clear shift reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
- Site & Operations Management: Direct and supervise all overnight works, ensuring tasks progress safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce SMSTS guidelines, conduct site safety briefings, and act as the designated First Aider on shift.
- Reporting & Administration: Utilise Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to compile and submit comprehensive daily site reports and shift handovers.
- Incident Management: Serve as the primary emergency contact overnight, resolving operational issues promptly.
- Airside Coordination: Liaise effectively with airport operational teams and ensure full compliance with aviation security standards.

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements
- Certifications: Valid SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid at Work certification are essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office packages to write reports and manage basic shift data.
- Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a full Airside Pass (requires a clear 5-year checkable work/education history and criminal record check).
- Flexibility: Able to complete the first week on day shifts before moving to the permanent 21:30–05:00 schedule.

Preferred Experience
- Prior Heathrow / Airport Experience: Candidates holding a current or previous Airside Pass, or with demonstrable experience working within an active airport environment, will be strongly prioritized.
