Fyfe Golf — Remote, UK

About Fyfe Golf

Fyfe Golf is a Scottish golf brand creating handcrafted accessories with a mission to carry forward Scotland's enduring tradition of craftsmanship while building an iconic modern brand.

Our business is multi-channel and global, with wholesale customers across the UK and international sales partners in the USA, Canada and South Korea, alongside a growing direct-to-consumer business.

The Role

We're looking for one very good person to help support the operational engine behind the brand.

This is a flexible, part-time freelance role working closely with the founder, with a particular focus on managing our wholesale order process and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

What You'll Do

  • Own wholesale order administration end to end — from order submission through artwork, production and dispatch, keeping trackers accurate and ensuring SLAs and critical dates are met.
  • Coordinate live orders across our production and workshop teams, graphics partners and global sales team, following actions through to completion and proactively flagging anything at risk of delay.
  • Give the founder a clear weekly view of where things stand — upcoming deadlines, exceptions, delays and anything requiring attention.
  • Maintain accurate material, fabric and procurement trackers, ensuring the information needed by our production partners is current and available.
  • Oversee the fyfegolf.com customer service inbox — handling enquiries, returns, exchanges and custom-order queries, resolving what you can and escalating what you can't.
  • Look for opportunities to improve existing processes and ways of working, using the systems and tools already in place while suggesting better ways of doing things where appropriate.
  • Provide occasional wider operational support to the founder as the needs of the business evolve.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What We're Looking For

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and genuinely proactive — this isn't a role where you wait to be given a daily task list.
  • Someone who naturally follows things through. If an action is due on Monday and hasn't happened, your instinct is to find out why and get it moving.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and systems as part of how you work; a growing amount of our tracking, reporting and administration is supported by them.
  • Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-moving business where priorities can change and good judgement matters.
  • Ideally 2+ years' experience in B2B/wholesale order management, production coordination, sales operations or a similar operational role.
  • Experience within fashion, textiles, accessories, consumer goods or another product-led business would be useful, but isn't essential.
