Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Freelance Psychotherapist role serving clients in the UK, US, and Canada. The psychotherapist will provide online individual counseling and may offer couples, family, or child therapy, depending on areas of expertise and licensure. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Conducting secure video or chat-based sessions
- Completing clinical documentation
- Developing treatment plans
- Monitoring client progress using evidence-based modalities
- Maintaining ethical practice standards
- Collaborating with the TherapyMantra support team when needed
- Making appropriate referrals in cases of risk or specialized care requirements
- Contributing to educational content or group programs
- Managing their own schedules while ensuring timely, compassionate care

Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Psychology and Mental Health, including familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and clinical assessment.
- Skills in Counseling and Relationship Counseling, with experience supporting individuals, couples, and families across diverse backgrounds.
- Relevant expertise in Medicine or closely related fields when applicable, particularly for roles involving coordination of care or understanding of psychopharmacology.
- Current licensure or registration as a psychotherapist, counselor, psychologist, or mental health professional in the UK, US, or Canada, in good standing.
- Experience delivering online therapy or telehealth services, with comfort using digital platforms for secure video and messaging.
- Strong clinical judgment, risk assessment, and crisis management skills, with a commitment to ethical, client-centered practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to support clients from diverse communities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage a flexible part
