Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Freelance Physiotherapist. The physiotherapist will provide online assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide clients through evidence-based rehabilitation and preventive care programs via secure video sessions and digital tools. The role also involves educating clients on posture, ergonomics, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications, while ensuring high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and client-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Clinical physiotherapy skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
  • Experience with telehealth or remote care delivery, including video-based consultations, digital documentation, and use of online therapy platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain treatment plans clearly, and motivate clients in diverse cultural and geographic settings.
  • Knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related conditions, with the ability to integrate evidence-based practice and holistic wellness approaches.
  • Relevant degree in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s), current professional licensure/registration in the practicing region, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a flexible part-time schedule, and maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Prior experience in remote or outpatient physiotherapy settings, and familiarity with mental health considerations in physical rehabilitation, is an advantage.
