Project Manager - London, England - Hybrid / Remote Considered - Freelance, Inside IR35

We're looking for a Project Manager to join a global corporate brand and creative agency environment, leading complex, high-impact projects across cross-functional teams. It's an opportunity to take real ownership, build trusted stakeholder relationships and help deliver work to a consistently high standard.

Role Purpose

As a Project Manager, you'll lead projects from scoping and planning through to delivery and financial tracking. You'll manage multiple workstreams, establish clear governance and use the right project management methodology for each brief.

Impact

  • You'll be the trusted partner for senior stakeholders, anticipating risks, solving challenges early and keeping teams aligned around quality, timing and commercial goals.

About You

You're an experienced project leader with a background in a global corporate brand or creative agency environment. You'll bring:

  • Strong experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget and profitability tracking
  • Experience with Jira, Wrike, Asana, Trello or MS Project
  • Advanced G-Suite or Microsoft Teams skills
  • A proactive, organised approach and excellent attention to detail
  • A collaborative leadership style that creates psychologically safe, empowered teams
