Join a dynamic project supporting the production, sales, and marketing of a motorsport-focused podcast for a UK-based startup platform.

This role is ideal for a senior freelancer with a passion for motorsport and experience in podcasting, digital media, or sports content. The project requires hybrid availability in London for one or two days, with delivery expected by October 2026. There is potential for follow-up work based on project success.

Deliverables

  • Oversee end-to-end podcast production, including planning, recording, editing, and publishing episodes.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the podcast audience within the motorsport community.
  • Coordinate with hosts, guests, and stakeholders to ensure smooth episode delivery.
  • Support sales initiatives, including sponsorship outreach and partnership development.
  • Ensure all content meets quality standards and aligns with the brand’s vision.
  • Deliver the completed project within the agreed timeline.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in podcast production, preferably within sports or motorsport sectors.
  • Strong background in digital marketing and audience growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple aspects of production, sales, and marketing independently.
  • Proficiency with podcast editing software and digital distribution platforms.
  • Hybrid availability in London for in-person collaboration (1–2 days as required).
