Ad-Hoc / Freelance | Greater Manchester | £100–£120 per shoot
We’re looking for an experienced Property & Real Estate Photographer to join our freelance network and cover property photography jobs when our main photographer is away or unavailable.
This is an ad-hoc, as-and-when opportunity — there is no guaranteed number of shoots, but suitable photographers will be contacted whenever cover is required.
💷 Pay
- £100 per session – properties with up to 3 bedrooms
- £120 per session – properties with more than 3 bedrooms
- Payment made within 5 business days of the RAW files being delivered
📸 What you'll need to do
- Photograph residential properties according to our shooting requirements
- Follow detailed instructions on the angles and shots required for each property
- Upload the RAW files only to our platform before midnight on the day of the shoot
- No editing is required — we only need the original RAW files, not unedited JPEGs

🎯 Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Proven property/real estate photography experience (desired)
- Their own full-frame camera body
- A 14mm wide-angle lens suitable for comprehensive interior/exterior shots
- A 70mm f/2.8 lens for detail shots
- A sufficiently powerful off-camera flash/strobe capable of lighting larger spaces
- Valid Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance
- Reliable transport and the ability to cover properties across Greater Manchester
- Full instructions and shot requirements will be provided for each property.
