About Keylr
Keylr is a B2B marketplace that connects Property Managers with trusted professionals across the UK. Property Managers use Keylr to book property services, manage jobs, communicate with suppliers, receive reports, and make payments. Professionals use Keylr to receive job requests, manage their schedule, complete work, upload reports, and get paid—all from one platform. We're looking for experienced Freelance Viewing Agents to join our growing supplier network.
What You'll Do
- Attend scheduled property viewings on behalf of the Property Manager.
- Meet prospective tenants or buyers at the property.
- Showcase the property professionally.
- Answer basic questions about the property using the information provided.
- Connect tenants with relevant letting agent contacts.
- Record attendance and viewing outcomes.
- Take photographs if requested.
- Report any property issues or maintenance concerns.
- Submit viewing feedback and reports through the Keylr platform.
- Complete jobs within the agreed schedule and SLA.

Requirements
- Previous proven experience in property viewings, lettings, estate agency, or customer-facing property services is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and presentation.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using a mobile app to manage jobs and submit reports.
- DBS Certificate that is no more than 3 years old.
- Familiar with UK property standards and compliance requirements.
- Right to Work status in the UK.
- Relevant insurance as a sole trader.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the UK residential property sector.
- Experience conducting residential or commercial property viewings.
- Experience working with letting agents, estate agents, housing associations, build-to-rent operators, or property management companies.
- Good knowledge of the UK rental and property market.
- GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Language (preferred).
