Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for entry-level and mid-senior support roles.
  • Maintain a high-quality talent pipeline to meet the rapid hiring demands of our BPO clients.

  • Update and manage candidate data in our internal systems with precision and confidentiality.
