Purple Dove is an established specialist recruitment agency with a strong background in Early Years and childcare staffing across London.
We are now expanding further into the education sector, supplying SEN Teaching Assistants, Teaching Assistants, and support staff to primary schools.
We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Education Recruitment Consultant
Who would like the opportunity to build and develop an education desk under the Purple Dove brand. This is a self-employed, commission-based opportunity and would particularly suit an experienced recruiter who enjoys business development and wants greater earning potential and autonomy. Hours can be set to suit you.

Commission:
- Up to 60% of perm placement fees
- Plus ongoing commission on temp placement profits
We are particularly interested in someone with previous experience in Education and Early Years recruitment.
