David Kennedy Recruitment is expanding and is seeking to onboard an experienced Freelance Recruitment Partner to support its growing portfolio of international clients across AI, SaaS, technology, and digital businesses.
This is a remote, success-based partnership for genuine recruitment specialists who can source, engage, screen, and deliver strong candidates, rather than simply forward CVs.

Commission per placed candidates
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source, engage, and screen candidates across AI, tech, and digital disciplines for DKR's international clients
- Headhunt proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and X-ray search
- Assess technical experience, portfolios, and candidate suitability against client requirements
- Deliver high-quality, well-screened candidates to active vacancies
- Draw on your existing candidate networks across Europe and international markets
- Work independently across multiple vacancies, with a focus on quality over volume

REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) - this is a must!
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- Proven experience recruiting technical and digital professionals internationally
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, X-ray, and proactive headhunting skills
- Ability to assess technical experience, portfolios, and candidate suitability
- Existing candidate networks across Europe and international markets
- Excellent English communication skills
- Independent, proactive, and quality-focused
