Position: Fixed Term or Freelance Recruiters
Location: Remote, Europe
Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice (SLA)
Remuneration: Commission per placed candidates
Responsibilities:
- Source, headhunt, and directly approach candidates for commercial, management, and leadership vacancies across international markets.
- Screen candidates and evaluate their sales achievements, commercial performance, and industry experience.
- Deliver high-quality, well-qualified candidates to live vacancies quickly.
- Draw on established candidate networks across Europe, Asia, LATAM, or MENA.
- Work independently and proactively across multiple vacancies and markets.

- Business Development Managers and New Business Hunters
- Sales Managers, Sales Directors, and Commercial Leaders
- FX/CFD Business Development and IB Managers
- Affiliate Managers and Partnership Managers
- Country Managers and Regional Heads
- Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory professionals within FX/iGaming
Requirements:
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) - this is a must!
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of FX/CFD, iGaming, FinTech, or B2B SaaS recruitment
- Experience recruiting revenue-generating commercial professionals
- Proven international headhunting and direct sourcing ability
- Established candidate networks across Europe, Asia, LATAM, or MENA
- Ability to evaluate sales achievements, commercial performance, and industry experience
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and commercially minded
