Summary:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Freelance Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team. This role involves leading engaging and effective Pilates sessions that cater to a diverse clientele, helping them achieve their fitness and wellness goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about Pilates and committed to delivering high-quality instruction.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Reformer Pilates classes that are safe, enjoyable, and effective for clients of various fitness levels.
  • Design and implement class plans that incorporate a variety of Pilates techniques and equipment.
  • Provide personalized guidance and modifications to meet individual client needs and abilities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, including equipment setup and sanitization.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes client retention and satisfaction.
  • Continuously update personal knowledge and skills through professional development and training.

Required skills:

  • Level 3 Mat Pilates Qualification
  • Reformer Pilates Qualification
  • Proven experience as a Reformer Pilates Instructor
  • Strong understanding of Pilates principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
