About Axon Neuro

At Axon Neuro, we are passionate about supporting our associates to empower clients to gain independence and achieve their goals. Axon Neuro is committed to developing a connected, multidisciplinary neurorehabilitation team, bringing together psychologists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, and activity practitioners in a truly collaborative way.

At Axon Neuro, we take a structured and supportive approach to how we work together as a team. We aim to create an environment where clinical excellence, clear communication, and strong professional relationships are all equally prioritised.

The Role

We are seeking professional and experienced individuals. As a freelance associate with Axon Neuro, autonomy is provided over work, schedule, and day-to-day clinical practice. This opportunity is well suited to those seeking additional work alongside an existing role, those looking for consultancy work, or those already operating an independent practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

As a freelance associate with Axon Neuro, a professional profile is hosted on the website to support clients and their representatives in finding the most suitable associate. Each profile is filtered by availability and geographic location and includes key information such as professional biography and areas of expertise. Prospective clients and referrers can book a free 15-minute Zoom meet and greet directly with the associate, allowing the associate to assess whether they are a good fit to support the client.

You will be supported by a central Operations Team responsible for coordination and maintaining an efficient system with minimal administrative burden.
