About Us
THG Fluently is a leading Language Service Provider dedicated to breaking down language barriers in critical public services. We are expanding our remote interpreting services to offer greater flexibility and accessibility to our clients across the UK.
The Opportunity
We are actively recruiting UK- and EU-based professional Slovak, Vietnamese, and Chinese (Cantonese) interpreters to join our nationwide panel of remote linguists. This role is focused on handling pre-booked telephone and video interpreting appointments, allowing you to work from any suitable location in the UK or EU.

What You Will Do:
- Provide professional telephone and video interpreting services for pre-booked appointments across a range of sectors (e.g., healthcare, legal, social services).
- Ensure a high-quality audio and video connection from a quiet, private, and professional environment.
- Manage your availability and accept remote assignments through our online portal.
- Adhere to our professional Code of Conduct, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Fluency in English and one of the following: Slovak, Vietnamese, or Chinese (Cantonese).
- A recognised interpreting qualification (e.g., DPSI, CCI) or substantial, proven experience in professional remote interpreting.
- Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection, a quality headset, and a computer with a webcam.
- A quiet and confidential space to conduct appointments without interruption.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to manage sessions effectively over the phone or video.
- Eligibility to work as a self-employed professional in the UK.
