The Role
We are looking for exceptional Freelance Senior Designers and Creatives across a range of experience levels to join our team during the upcoming reporting season.
This is an opportunity to work on some of the world's leading annual and regulatory reports, helping global organisations communicate complex stories with clarity, creativity, and impact.
We're looking for conceptual thinkers and doers who can transform complex business, financial, and regulatory content into compelling visual narratives. Whether you're developing the creative direction from the ground up or elevating an existing concept, you'll bring a sharp eye for design, exceptional craft, and a deep understanding of corporate reporting.
Availability from Sept/October 2026 through to Feb/March 2027

What you'll be doing in this role
- Develop creative concepts and visual systems for annual and regulatory reports that balance brand expression with regulatory requirements.
- Translate complex business narratives into engaging visual stories that resonate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Design high-quality report pages, infographics, and data visualisations and supporting communications with exceptional attention to detail.
- Present creative thinking and design rationale confidently to clients and senior stakeholders, responding thoughtfully to feedback and guiding best practice where appropriate.
- Partner closely with our Client Services, Design Directors, Consultants, and Production teams to deliver outstanding work to demanding deadlines.
- Contribute creative ideas throughout the project lifecycle, from concept development through to final delivery.

What you need to be successful
- Proven experience working on large annual reports, ESG reports, or other complex corporate communications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking alongside beautifully crafted editorial design.
- The ability to simplify complex information and create engaging layouts, infographics, and data visualisations without compromising accuracy or integrity.
- Advanced Adobe CC skills, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience working within brand guidelines while developing distinctive creative solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the confidence to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
For Senior Designer and Creative level support, we're also looking for:
- Strong client-facing experience with the confidence to present creative work, explain design decisions, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset, balancing creativity, commercial objectives, and regulatory considerations.
