We're growing our sales team and looking for a handful of driven, self-motivated freelance sales professionals to help us bring on new UK business clients. If you're someone who thrives on the hunt, loves closing deals, and wants to build genuine earning potential without being tied to a desk or someone else's schedule, this could be a great fit.

About us

The Sadath Company designs and builds websites, redesigns, and booking platforms for UK small businesses; from local shops and salons to service providers and independent brands. We keep our pricing competitive and our work honest, which makes for an easy, credible pitch when you're talking to prospective clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and reaching out to prospective UK businesses who could benefit from a new website, a redesign, or a booking platform
  • Running outreach through channels that work for you — DMs, email, LinkedIn, cold calling, your own network, referrals, however you close best
  • Pitching our services using materials, scripts, and pricing we provide
  • Managing your own pipeline from first contact through to signed client
  • Handing off confirmed clients to our team for onboarding and delivery

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What we offer

  • 25% commission on every sale you personally close — paid promptly once client payment clears, no caps on how much you can earn
  • Full flexibility — work whenever and however suits you; no fixed hours, no reporting in, no micromanagement
  • All tools provided — sales scripts, objection handling guides, pricing sheets, portfolio examples, and outreach templates so you're not starting from a blank page
  • Genuine growth potential — as we scale, early freelancers get first access to bigger accounts, referral bonuses, and expanded opportunities
  • Real independence — this is a self-employed freelance role, so you keep full control over how you work and who else you work with

Who we're looking for

  • Someone with sales, business development, or client acquisition experience — agency, SaaS, or services sales background is a strong plus
  • A confident communicator who's comfortable with cold outreach and can handle rejection without losing momentum
  • Self-employed, or willing to register as self-employed and invoice for your work
  • Organized enough to manage your own pipeline and follow up consistently — no one will chase you to do this, so self-discipline matters
  • Motivated by uncapped, results-based earning rather than a fixed salary
