Who We Are 🙋
un:hurd music is a music-tech company that turns music data into promotional campaigns for artists. We work with independent artists through our self-serve platform, and with managers and labels through our agency team, CONTXT. This role is specifically for CONTXT, as we look to expand our roster of managers and labels that we work with.
Over the past four years we've helped 205,000+ artists and record labels reach their goals, featured on BBC's Dragons' Den, raised from the world's leading music-tech investors, and been shortlisted for the Antler x ADE start-up competition, Great British Creative Entrepreneur of the Year and AIM Entrepreneur of the Year.
Your Role ✨
You have a strong network in music, and we want you to open the door with it.
- You bring the relationships, we take it from there.
- Once you've made the introduction, your job is done.
- We handle the meeting, the pitch, the deal and the campaign.
- All you do is point us at the managers, labels, artists and teams who need marketing that works.

What You'd Do 📝
- Introduce us to the managers, labels, artists and teams in your network.
- Give us a quick steer on who they are and why they need us.
- Once the intro is made, we take care of the meeting, the pitch, the deal and the campaign.
How You Get Paid 💷
This is commission only, paid on the first invoice from every client you introduce. The bigger that first campaign, the bigger your payout. This is paid once per client, not on future work from them, so the more people you introduce, the more you can earn.
A few examples from campaigns we've run, to give you a feel for the range:
- Single release run on paid ads - Around £150
- Creator campaign behind a new single - Around £350
- Playlist and ads push for a label artist - Around £800
- Global, multi-phase campaign - Around £4,000

The package 🎁
- Part-time. Work it around what you already do.
- Commission only. Paid monthly on the first invoice from each client you introduce.
- Remote. Our London office is open to you whenever it helps.
- Contract. This will be a part-time contracted role.
