We specialise in Webflow websites, SEO, paid advertising, branding and long-term digital growth strategies for ambitious companies. We work with modern tools and proven processes to deliver measurable results for our clients, building long-term partnerships rather than one-off projects.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a confident, driven Freelance Sales Consultant to work from our Maidstone office and take ownership of new business growth.
You’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing new opportunities across our core services:

- Custom Webflow website builds, redesigns & migrations
- Branding, digital design & asset creation
- SEO audits, strategy & ongoing optimisation
- Paid advertising (PPC & paid social)
- Pay-monthly websites & support packages
- Ongoing digital marketing retainers
You’ll be the first point of contact for many new clients and play a key role in shaping the agency’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage new business opportunities via outbound outreach, inbound leads and local networking
- Qualify prospects and understand their business goals
- Confidently present Maidstone Digital’s services and solutions
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline
- Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms
- Close deals and hand over smoothly to the delivery team
- Provide regular updates on pipeline and performance

You’ll be a strong fit if you have:
- Proven B2B sales experience (agency, digital, tech or services preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- A self-driven mindset with the hunger to earn
- The ability to work independently while being part of an office-based team
Desirable (not essential):
- Understanding of web design, SEO or digital marketing
- Existing local business network
Compensation Options
Choose the structure that suits your working style:
Option 1 – Commission Only
- 30% commission on all sales
- Average deal size: ~£10,000
- Typical commission per sale: ~£3,000
- Uncapped earning potential
Option 2 – Basic + Commission
- Competitive basic retainer (to be discussed)
- Commission on all closed deals
- Provides income stability with performance upside
