Freelance Senior Account Manager
Social Media and Influencer Marketing
Kent PR is looking for an experienced Freelance Senior Account Manager to lead a new client's social media account within the aesthetic/beauty space. This is a client-facing role for someone who is confident managing relationships, delivering social media strategy, and taking responsibility for the success of an account.
You will act as the direct lead for the client, with oversight and support from Kent PR. You will manage the day-to-day delivery of social media activity across Instagram and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading client communications and account management
- Developing and delivering the social media strategy
- Creating content using the client’s approved asset library
- Managing content, engagement, and community activity across Instagram and TikTok
- Sourcing and liaising with influencers and clinics
- Coordinating approved filming and editing activity
- Recording and reporting coverage and results using a cuttings service
- Maintaining strong client satisfaction

Time Commitment
The commitment is approximately one combined day per week.
Experience Required
We are looking for someone with:
- Senior account management experience within PR, social media, or influencer marketing
- Strong experience managing clients directly
- Experience delivering content across Instagram and TikTok with producing content using Adobe, Figma, or similar (not Canva)
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Confidence working independently and taking ownership of delivery
- Experience working with influencers, clinics, beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare brands would be beneficial
- A proactive, calm, and solutions-focused approach

Freelance Rate
£235 per day + VAT if applicable
Location and Expenses
The role can primarily be delivered remotely. Occasional London meetings or approved travel may be required. Approved travel expenses will be reimbursed. A lunch or dinner allowance of up to £25 per meal is available on approved travel days.
This is a freelance engagement with an initial commitment of 12 months, subject to the continuation of the underlying client account.
