Freelance Senior Art Director
London | Hybrid 3:2 | Up to £450 per day
This independent creative studio is looking for a Freelance Senior Art Director to join the team for two exciting integrated campaign projects for globally recognised brands. This isn't a production role.
It's an opportunity for someone who loves creating bold visual ideas, building distinctive campaign worlds and taking ownership of the creative from early concept through to final delivery.
Working closely with the Head of Design, you'll help shape the visual direction across two major campaigns spanning OOH, digital, content and print, producing beautifully crafted work that translates seamlessly across every touchpoint.
If you're happiest developing campaign ideas, creating stunning key visuals and bringing concepts to life through exceptional design craft, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
