Freelance Copywriter - London (Hybrid) - Advertising Agency

Do you have an exceptional background as a freelance copywriter, who has worked for a broad mix of marketing, advertising or creative agencies?

Do you ooze versatility, having worked across both long and short form copy, across varying formats?

Do you have exposure writing for big-brands and household names?

If you answered "yes" we want to speak to you today.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for a freelance copywriting superstar who lives and breathes it! From writing blogs, social posts, thought-leadership pieces, web copy, white-papers, you name it, we do it! (This is a truly varied copywriting role)

This is not a role for someone who delegates the "doing". You'll be deeply involved in the work itself, working closely with wider creatives, strategists and the client-facing team. With a natural ability for mastering a brand tone of voice, an exceptional eye for detail and quality assurance, you are the type of person who can take full ownership of copy projects fully end-to-end.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
