Job title: Senior Creative

Reporting to: Creative Director

Based: London HQ

TEAM LEWIS is hiring for a Senior Creative to develop strong, insight-led ideas and high-quality creative across integrated campaigns. You will be a conceptual, hands-on creative who can take work from initial brief through to polished execution, collaborating closely with strategy, client teams, digital, social and production.

This is a great opportunity for a versatile senior creative who can generate standout campaign ideas, craft compelling messaging and bring a strong visual eye to work across multiple formats and channels.

Key responsibilities

Creative & concepting

  • Develop compelling campaign concepts, creative platforms and big ideas from briefs, insights and strategy.
  • Lead the creative development of integrated campaigns across social, digital, web, film, print, experiential and PR.
  • Turn complex client challenges, including B2B and technology subjects, into clear, engaging and culturally relevant creative.
  • Present creative thinking clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients.
  • Bring a strong point of view to creative reviews, helping to elevate the quality and ambition of the studio’s output.
  • Stay curious about culture, platforms, technology and emerging formats, bringing fresh thinking and inspiration to the team.

Creative execution

  • Create high-quality copy and/or art direction across campaign messaging, social, paid advertising, web, landing pages, scripts, headlines, email, OOH, print and presentations.
  • Adapt creative approaches and tone of voice for different audiences, including B2B and B2C, while maintaining brand consistency and clarity.
  • Develop messaging frameworks, taglines, value propositions, campaign toolkits and content ideas where needed.
  • Art direct and provide clear creative direction for design, motion, video, photography and production partners.
  • Ensure all creative is accurate, polished, on-brand, accessible and aligned to client requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of craft and attention to detail across every stage of delivery.

Collaboration & delivery

  • Work closely with Creative Directors, strategists, client teams, project management and production to manage priorities and deliver work to deadline.
  • Collaborate with specialist designers, copywriters, motion artists, videographers and web teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Provide clear briefs, constructive feedback and direction to junior creatives and external partners where appropriate.
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops, helping to build confidence in TEAM LEWIS’ creative offering.
  • Respond positively to feedback, iterate quickly and balance creative ambition with practical delivery requirements.
  • Support new-business activity, including creative responses, pitch ideas and presentation development.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as a Senior Creative, Senior Art Director, Senior Copywriter or integrated creative within an agency or strong in-house creative team.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual thinking and polished execution across integrated campaigns.
  • Ability to lead creative work from initial idea through to delivery, while remaining hands-on.
  • Strong understanding of digital-first creative, particularly social, content and paid channels.
  • Experience creating work that can flex across different audiences, markets and formats.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Confident communicator who works well across disciplines and can present work with clarity and conviction.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach, with the ability to give and receive feedback constructively.

Desirable

  • Experience working on integrated campaigns spanning PR, social, paid, digital and content.
  • Experience working with technology, B2B, professional services, corporate or consumer brands.
  • Strong copywriting and/or art direction capability, with the ability to confidently contribute across both disciplines.
  • Motion, animation or basic video-editing skills.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and relevant creative tools.
  • An understanding of accessibility best practice in digital design and content.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior creative talent.
