Immediate start: 10 Aug
This independent creative content studio is looking for a Senior Integrated Designer to join the team on a freelance basis, working across two major integrated campaigns for globally recognised Tech brands.
This isn't a production or rollout design role. We're looking for a genuinely senior, hands-on designer who can help shape the visual language of major campaigns from concept through to delivery.
You'll take strong creative ideas and transform them into distinctive campaign identities, visual systems and beautifully crafted design that works seamlessly across every touchpoint.
Working alongside the Head of Design, you'll influence how campaigns look and feel, developing integrated creative across digital, social, film, print, OOH and content.
You'll be as comfortable creating key visuals and campaign systems as you are crafting the final execution, bringing exceptional design thinking and attention to detail throughout.
The Role
This is an opportunity to play a significant creative role within a highly collaborative studio, where ideas and craft carry equal weight.
You'll interpret and build upon creative direction, developing visual identities, campaign systems and integrated design that can flex across multiple channels and formats.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
