We're looking for an exceptional Senior Designer / Creative Lead to become a trusted extension of our creative team.
We're looking for someone who wants to build a lasting relationship with us, delivering consistently outstanding creative work while helping shape and elevate the output of our studio. There is a clear view for this role to continue throughout 2027.
This role would suit an experienced agency-side designer who enjoys balancing hands-on design work with creative leadership. You'll lead by example, remain heavily involved in the day-to-day design work, and work directly with clients to develop creative solutions that make an impact.
Our studio is a close-knit team of six, of a group of around 45 people across the business.
The opportunity
We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable developing concepts and design across brand, marketing, digital and events, designing artwork, presenting ideas to clients and helping guide the wider creative team.
Although this is senior level, this is very much a hands-on role. You’ll be "on the tools", producing high-quality creative work alongside our design team and liaising with marketing/project managers.
As the relationship develops, we'd also like this person to help oversee and elevate the output of the wider design team, providing guidance and quality control to ensure excellent work is delivered across every project. The aim is to create additional creative leadership and support.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
