The Role
We’re looking for a Freelance Senior Graphic Designer to collaborate with our creative studio in London.
You'll bring strong creative thinking and graphic design expertise to a wide range of retail, spatial and brand experience projects, working closely with our wider creative team.
You'll play a key role in developing distinctive 2D graphic concepts and design solutions that elevate spatial experiences, contributing across different stages of a project, from early ideation through to design development.

What You'll Do
- Creative Development: Translate creative concepts and brand narratives into compelling graphic design solutions that strengthen the overall spatial experience.
- Spatial Integration: Collaborate closely with 3D Designers to ensure graphics and environments feel cohesive and fully integrated.
- Design Across Touchpoints: Develop graphics for retail spaces, windows, events, POS, campaigns and large-scale brand activations.
- Toolkits & Guidelines: Create scalable graphic systems, design toolkits and guidelines for global brand rollouts.
- Presentations & Art Direction: Contribute to the visual quality and storytelling of creative presentations, with occasional support on internal creative and marketing projects.
- Creative Ownership: Take ownership of assigned workstreams, confidently communicate design decisions and deliver to agreed timelines, budgets and creative standards.
Skills & Experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design, ideally across retail and brand experiences across fashion, beauty, lifestyle brands.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and brand identity, with a strong eye for detail.
- Experience applying 2D graphics within 3D environments, with an understanding of spatial design and scale.
- Strong knowledge of print production and artwork preparation, including large-format graphics, vinyl applications and production specifications.
- Experience developing graphic systems, brand guidelines and scalable toolkits across multiple touchpoints.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
- Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently within tight project timelines.

Desirable but not essential:
- Motion design skills, including After Effects.
- Familiarity with 3D design software and workflows.
- Experience supporting broader art direction or campaign development.
Location
We are open to remote or hybrid candidates to work when needed from our studios in East London, E10 7QX. Our normal working hours are 9am - 6pm.
