Freelance Senior Producer - Arc’teryx EMEA Brand Creative
We’re looking for a Freelance Senior Producer to immediately join the fast-growing Arc’teryx EMEA Brand Creative team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape how the production team operates while delivering world-class creative work.
We’re looking for a versatile, highly adaptable producer who thrives in an agile environment and can flex across a broad range of project needs. Equal parts strategist, problem-solver, and maker, they bring clarity, momentum, and excellence to every stage of the production process. Operating at both a strategic and executional level, the Senior Brand Creative Producer serves as a trusted creative thought partner, bringing structure to ambiguity and leading complex, end-to-end productions across multiple mediums.
Who You Will Work With
- Internal Creative Teams: Close day-to-day partnership with Senior Creative Lead, art directors, designers, narratives, copywriters, and other studio producers.
- Cross-Functional Arc’teryx Teams: Close collaboration across EMEA Marketing functions, Marketing Operations, Sports Marketing, Brand Communications, Brand Experience, Retail, Community Marketing, as well as a close collaboration with global brand creative teams.
- External Networks: Sourcing and managing relationships with top-tier creative artists, external agencies, and production vendors.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Production: Independently lead and own digital, physical, retail, and live event productions from briefing to final asset execution.
- Financial & Budget Management: Handle production budget planning, large-scale funding requests, allocation, and final reconciliation.
- Talent Sourcing & Negotiation: Act as an industry "talent magnet," managing art buying, vendor selection, and complex contract negotiations with crew, talent, and agencies.
- Shoot Management: Drive shoot execution and maintaining production schedules.

What You Bring (Requirements)
- Experience: 10+ years of experience directly related to creative production, project management, or brand marketing.
- Production Knowledge: Deep understanding of photography, motion, live event, and post-production workflows.
- Cultural Connection: Passionate about the outdoors, with a strong affinity for snow sports, climbing, hiking, and trail running. Brings a deep understanding of outdoor culture and stays ahead of industry, consumer, and technology trends.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written storytelling skills, with a proven ability to simplify complex data and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
- Mindset: A positive, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial spirit that stays calm under pressure and moves projects forward through matrixed business environments.
This would be for a contract up to Christmas with the possibility to extend into 2027.
