What You'll Do

  • Own the process end to end: outreach and contracting with local creators and location partners, through to production planning, shoot execution, and final delivery.
  • Brief and onboard creators, tracking every deliverable against the asset matrix and contract terms.
  • Coordinate each shoot week, including crew, logistics, and real-time problem-solving on the ground.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for the client, escalating early wherever risk shows up.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience producing social-first content and creator-led shoots, ideally across multiple international markets.
  • Strong end-to-end production ownership, from creator outreach and contracting through to shoot execution and final delivery.
  • Experience briefing and managing creators, crews, and production partners, keeping multiple deliverables on track.
  • Excellent production planning and logistics skills, with the ability to coordinate fast-moving shoots across locations.
  • Confident client-facing communicator who can manage expectations, flag risks early, and solve problems quickly.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones, stakeholders, and concurrent productions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly client-facing, with proven experience managing social retainers and creator-led productions, and the flexibility to work across US hours when required.
