An opportunity is available for a Senior Engineer to provide key support on an ongoing project based in the North Yorkshire area.
The role will be part of an engineering team where you will have responsibility and accountability for the technical engineering management across the project. You will have experience of setting out and will be fully conversant with the use of EDM / total station instruments, however, you will have a number of site engineers to support this function. Experience of maintaining quality inspection records and undertaking inspections is a prerequisite as is managing technical information flow between the design team and delivery team.

To be considered for this post you should fit the following criteria:
- Have a proven track record of operating at senior engineer level with exposure to both civils and build disciplines.
- Have experience working on large complex projects and a good understanding of mitigating ground risks such as underground services.
- Have exposure to managing groundworks subcontract packages.
- Hold excellent management skills and the ability to work well in a team environment, contributing across a business unit. You’ll be able to manage projects simultaneously without compromising on standard and quality.
- Fully conversant with the use of robotic total station instruments along with some experience of AutoCAD.
- You should also hold a minimum of SSSTS certification, CSCS and ideally First Aid, as well as a full UK driving licence.
