Freelance Site Manager Required In Central London
GVR Solutions are currently working alongside a well-established commercial interior contractor, who are seeking a Site Manager to join them on ongoing Cat A and Cat B shell and core refurbishment projects in London.
As a business, they focus on Commercial and Retail refurbishments and fit-outs, within a 10 mile radius of London. They are looking for a Site Manager to join their team on an ongoing contract.

The Site Manager Must Have/be
- Proven experience delivering commercial or retail fit-out and refurbishment projects
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in Site Management
- Ability to oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
- Strong health & safety awareness and site compliance knowledge
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work
- Able to deliver the project to programme and quality expectations
