Freelance Site Manager Required In Oxford

GVR Solutions are currently working alongside a well-established main contractor who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join them on a healthcare project in Oxford.

The site manager must be able to drive the job, work to programmes and liaise with the PM when needed. Ultimately, they need a lead, stand-alone manager who has the support of the Project Manager.

Location: Oxford

Project: £8m new build – RC Frame

Duration: 6 months

Current stage: 1st fix has just come to an end, and about to move onto 2nd fix

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: £250 – £300pd

Requirements Of The Site Manager

  • Proven experience delivering healthcare projects
  • Strong background working for a main contractor
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Site Management
  • Ability to oversee day-to-day operations and subcontractors
  • Strong health & safety awareness
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
