Company Description
High-Performance Leaders Podcast is a conversation-driven series where host James Plant speaks with successful business leaders and entrepreneurs about their journeys. Each episode focuses on real-world experiences, highlighting what it takes to build and sustain high-performance teams and businesses. The podcast explores the highs and lows of leadership, including failures, pivotal opportunities, and the people who shape organizational success. By unpacking these stories, the show offers practical insights and inspiration for professionals aiming to elevate their impact and performance.
The Role
You'll own the podcast's online presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts. You'll take the raw content from each episode and turn it into posts, clips, and stories that give our audience something useful, not just a "new episode out now" link.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
