About Kuratd Studio®

Kuratd Studio® is a founder-led denim brand creating jeans designed with bloating and endometriosis in mind — without compromising on style.

We’re growing our social presence and are looking for a brilliant Freelance Social Media Assistant to support the hands-on running of our Instagram and TikTok.

This is not a strategy role. We’ll have a clear social strategy, content framework and recurring content structure in place. We’re looking for someone who can take that direction and bring it to life consistently.

The role is initially around one day per week, predominantly remote, with the opportunity to support occasional content and shoot days.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the weekly social content calendar
  • Turn existing shoot, product, founder and community content into social-first posts
  • Edit short-form video for Instagram Reels and TikTok
  • Create simple, visually strong carousels
  • Draft captions, hooks and CTAs in the Kuratd tone of voice
  • Plan and prepare Instagram Stories
  • Schedule and publish approved content
  • Repurpose content appropriately across Instagram and TikTok
  • Organise our content library so we're making the most of the assets we create
  • Support light-touch community management across comments and DMs
  • Monitor basic weekly performance and flag content, hooks and formats that are working
  • Identify content gaps ahead of shoots so we capture what we need for the following 4–6 weeks
  • Keep on top of relevant social trends and identify opportunities that genuinely make sense for Kuratd

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
