About Sunlight Society

Sunlight Society is a fast-growing London women’s wellness and social community with more than 1,000 members. We create welcoming, beginner-friendly experiences including hiking, Pilates, strength training, ballet, foraging, picnics and relaxed social events.

Our aim is to make movement approachable and genuine friendships easier to build—particularly for women who attend alone. We also collaborate with aligned wellness, food, drink, activewear and lifestyle brands through event sponsorships, sampling and social-first content.

About the role

We’re looking for a creative and reliable Freelance Social Media & Content Creator to help bring the Sunlight Society community to life online.

You’ll work closely with the founder to create engaging content around upcoming events, community stories, event recaps and brand collaborations. Instagram is our primary channel, but you’ll also help adapt the strongest content for Facebook and LinkedIn.

This is a flexible freelance role that can largely be completed remotely, although you must be based in or near London and available to attend selected events.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain a simple, consistent content calendar.
  • Create Instagram Reels, carousels, Stories and event announcements.
  • Attend selected London events to capture engaging photo and video content.
  • Edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe.
  • Turn event footage into timely recap content.
  • Adapt Instagram content for Facebook and LinkedIn, adjusting the copy and angle for each audience.
  • Write warm, engaging captions that reflect the Sunlight Society voice.
  • Create content for brand collaborations and ensure agreed deliverables are completed.
  • Identify suitable trends, formats and community-led content ideas.
  • Help organise and maintain the existing content library.
  • Monitor performance and suggest practical ways to improve reach, engagement and event bookings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
