We’re looking for a social-savvy, trend-spotting, genuinely creative and vibrant human to help us make Foxy Tongue Voices’ socials even more engaging and unmistakably vibey.

We’re a bold, female-run voiceover agency and we work with some seriously brilliant voice talent and clients. We’ve got a strong brand, plenty of ideas and a load of lovely people and projects to shout about - now we’re looking for someone who really gets the social media game to help us make the most of it.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 👀

Ideally, we want someone who understands why people stop scrolling, why they follow an account, what makes them share something and how a brand can actually have a personality on social media. You’ll be someone who:

  • Has a strong personal social media presence and has built an engaged audience of your own - ideally 5,000+ followers on Instagram, TikTok or another relevant platform
  • Keeps up with trends, formats, sounds and the ever-changing world of social media
  • Understands what makes content engaging rather than simply aesthetic
  • Has a good instinct for humour and storytelling
  • Can spot an opportunity and think, “Ooh, we could do something really good with that…”
  • Has experience creating content that has genuinely grown or engaged an audience
  • Is confident coming up with ideas rather than waiting to be told exactly what to post

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

THE ROLE

We already have templates and some regular content formats you can work with, so you won't be starting completely from scratch. However, the perfect candidate will be full of ideas and help us bring our untapped potential to life.

Your tasks might include:

  • Creating Instagram posts, carousels and Reels
  • Coming up with new content ideas and recurring formats
  • Keeping an eye on trends and finding ways to give them a Foxy Tongue spin
  • Writing captions that sound like actual passionate humans wrote them
  • Finding fun ways to showcase our voice artists, projects and behind-the-scenes world
  • Suggesting ways we can make our content more engaging so it will reach new clients

We're looking for someone who can become a little extension of the Foxy Tongue brain…someone who understands our personality and can run with it :)

COMMITMENT & FEE

We're a small business, so we're not looking for someone to spend their life on our Instagram account. We're thinking around 3-4 hours a week of creating and banking posts, with total flexibility around when you work. This would suit a freelancer, content creator or social media creative who'd like a small, ongoing client alongside their other work.

We have £400-£500 per month, depending on experience. We're happy to discuss the exact scope and hours with the right person.

HOW TO APPLY

Please send your CV and the below answers to socials@foxytongue.com before Friday 25th September. 2026.

  1. A little bit about you and what you do
  2. Links to your own social accounts / examples of accounts you've grown
  3. A few examples of content you've created that you're particularly proud of
  4. Three ideas for content you'd create for Foxy Tongue Voices - 1 x carousel, 1 x reel, 1 x monthly series
