Job Title

We're looking for a freelance social media manager/copywriter to own and execute our LinkedIn content, primarily focused on building the voice and presence of our Founder, alongside our brand. You'll be responsible for shaping the narrative, generating ideas, and consistently delivering high-quality content that drives engagement and builds authority.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage a monthly content calendar (:20 posts/month)
  • Mix of Founder-led content and brand posts (LinkedIn)
  • Lead content creation end-to-end:
    • Idea generation
    • Writing and editing posts
    • Editing Canva templates to accompany written content
    • Structuring content for engagement
  • Interview the Founder (bi-weekly or monthly) to extract insights, stories, and opinions
  • Translate complex ideas (tech, product, industry trends) into clear, compelling content
  • Adapt tone of voice across:
    • Founder content (personal, opinionated, human)
    • Brand content (clear, confident, strategic)
  • Stay on top of LinkedIn best practices and continuously improve performance
  • Collaborate with our Senior Marketing Manager:
    • Bi-weekly or monthly check-ins for ideation/feedback support
    • Ongoing async communication (email/Slack)

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn content that performs
  • Experience owning and managing a content calendar independently
  • Ability to extract insights from conversations and turn them into high-quality posts
  • Comfortable working autonomously while staying aligned with business priorities
  • Ability to simplify complex or technical topics into engaging, accessible content

  • Background or familiarity with adtech / programmatic advertising
