Founded in London in 2010, Glassworks is a fresh London fashion brand, totally independent, style-obsessed and passionate believers in bricks-and-mortar boutiques as well as streamlined digital shopping. Our design-led stores and website are refreshed weekly with small runs of completely new fashion, meaning a constant feed of exciting new pieces for our customer.
Since new products launch weekly, we need a consistent pipeline of strong, commercially useful social content. Glassworks provides clear content priorities and briefs. Creators are expected to bring strong execution judgement and platform-native ideas within that direction.
Work Schedule/Location
Freelance, project-based. London shoots across Glassworks stores, studio, street and campaign locations. Regular weekly shoot days may be available for the right person.
The Role
We are looking for a strong social video producer who can create elevated fashion and lifestyle video that still feels native to Instagram, TikTok and short-form platforms. This is not a traditional brand-film role. We need someone who understands hooks, pacing, framing, movement, product visibility and platform behaviour, while still protecting taste and visual quality. You should be confident filming people, directing models or contributors, capturing product clearly, and turning a brief into strong finished video assets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- Strong fashion, lifestyle, beauty, retail or premium consumer video examples.
- Confident short-form social judgement, not just traditional videography.
- Ability to create hooks, pacing, framing and edits that suit Reels/TikTok.
- Strong taste and an understanding of how clothing should move and be shown.
- Experience directing models, presenters, staff or contributors.
- Good technical ability across camera, lighting, audio and editing.
- Ability to work quickly without making the output feel careless.

This Is Not The Right Role For Someone Who Is

It is also not right for someone who needs a large crew for routine content, cannot show their own direct contribution, or wants to own the whole social strategy independently.
