Founded in London in 2010, Glassworks is a fresh London fashion brand, totally independent, style-obsessed and passionate believers in bricks-and-mortar boutiques as well as streamlined digital shopping. Our design-led stores and website are refreshed weekly with small runs of completely new fashion, meaning a constant feed of exciting new pieces for our customer.

We are looking for a freelance Social Videographer to help us create engaging video content across fashion, styling, product launches and behind-the-scenes moments for our social channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong visual eye, a passion for fashion and a good understanding of how content performs across Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms.

Freelance, with regular shoot days in London.

We anticipate ongoing work throughout the year, with flexibility around scheduling depending on product launches, campaigns and content requirements.

The Role

We are looking for a Social Videographer to help us capture the people, products and moments that make up the Glassworks world.

Glassworks will provide the creative direction, content concepts and social strategy. We are looking for someone who can bring those ideas to life through strong videography and content capture.

You will be responsible for producing engaging, platform-appropriate video content that showcases our products, personality and brand world while maintaining a recognisable Glassworks aesthetic.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for fashion, understand how to capture content for social media and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment alongside models, photographers and the wider Glassworks team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
