Freelance Software Tester With Apple Vision Pro
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Freelance Software Tester With Apple Vision Pro based in United Kingdom.
This freelance opportunity is ideal for Apple Vision Pro owners interested in testing immersive digital experiences.
You will evaluate a sporting application during live events, focusing on the functionality and accuracy of its AR/VR elements.
Your testing will help identify technical issues and ensure a smooth, engaging experience for sports fans.
The work is short-term and project-based, with testing tasks assigned according to client needs rather than a fixed schedule.
You will use an online platform to access assignments, follow testing guidance, and report defects clearly.
Previous software testing experience is helpful but not required, with training resources available for those new to the field.
The role offers the flexibility to work remotely while gaining practical experience testing technology used in global-scale digital products.
Accountabilities:
- As a freelance tester, you will perform functional testing of a sporting application using your Apple Vision Pro and provide clear, accurate feedback on the user experience and any technical issues identified.
- Access live sporting events through the application using an Apple Vision Pro.
- Test AR/VR elements to verify that they display and function correctly.
- Identify technical glitches, defects, and unexpected behavior during testing.
- Document and report defects through the designated online tracking platform.
- Follow provided testing instructions, preparation materials, and project requirements.
- Complete assigned testing sessions according to client requests and project availability.
- Communicate testing findings clearly and effectively in English.
- Dedicate approximately 2–3 hours to individual testing tasks on an ad-hoc basis.
- Complete the initial platform account setup and review relevant preparation materials before participating in testing.

Requirements:
- The ideal candidate is comfortable using Apple Vision Pro, able to navigate a streaming application in their local language, and capable of providing clear feedback in English. Testing experience is a plus, but motivated newcomers can also be considered.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be physically located in one of the eligible countries: Australia, Singapore, UAE, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, France, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Germany, or China.
- Must personally own an Apple Vision Pro device and already be familiar with using it.
- Must be willing to provide proof of Apple Vision Pro ownership.
- Must be comfortable navigating a streaming application in the local language.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Previous software testing experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Willingness to complete available testing preparation or training is expected for candidates new to software testing.
- Must be able to dedicate approximately 30 minutes to initial account setup.
- Must have flexibility to complete testing assignments on an ad-hoc basis, typically requiring 2–3 hours per task.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and clearly describe technical issues.
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote freelance environment.
