Company Description

Kodelne is a London-based culinary studio founded in 2019, specializing in bespoke culinary experiences for private clients, weddings, retreats, and meaningful celebrations. The team collaborates with exceptional chefs and creative partners to design events tailored to each client’s vision, destination, and story. Services range from private dining and retreat catering to destination wedding catering, event styling, table design, and private chef sourcing.

With a growing network across the UK, France, and selected international destinations, Kodelne provides clients with a single, trusted point of contact for coordinated celebrations. The company’s philosophy centers on exceptional food, thoughtful design, and seamless execution.

Role Description

Your main mission will be to secure the best quality and prices directly from London’s wholesale markets. Visit wholesale markets early in the morning to buy exotic fruits, vegetables, and occasionally fresh flowers based on a precise shopping list. Transport and safely deliver all purchases directly to our event venues or kitchen premises across London.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating logistics and transport, managing pick-ups and drop-offs, and maintaining accurate records of purchases and inventory.

This role is responsible for sourcing ingredients, supplies, and event materials from designated vendors and markets, ensuring timely delivery to kitchens and event locations. The individual will work closely with chefs, event coordinators, and venue teams to support setup, breakdown, and smooth on-site operations. The role also involves responding to last-minute requests, adapting to changing event needs, and upholding Kodelne’s standards for quality and presentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
