Studio B is doing things differently.
We’re building a digital first creative studio designed around how audiences behave now, not how advertising used to work. Think creator culture, entertainment, strategy, creative and content that earns attention.
As we scale, we’re building our Freelance Black Book: a network of brilliant commercial, strategic and creative talent we can bring into the business when the right brief comes along. Not people we keep on a spreadsheet. People we actually want to work with.
The People We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who understand brands, audiences and culture and know how to turn that into work that performs.
Creatives & Creative Leads
- Big thinkers, copywriters, art directors and creative leads who can turn briefs into ideas people want to see.
Strategists
- Brand, digital, social and content strategists who connect audience behaviour, culture and commercial objectives to create clear direction.
Data & Insight
- People who turn data, research and audience behaviour into useful insight that makes the work smarter and more effective.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
