We’re making noise, scaling fast, and building digital-first work across short-form and long-form that actually gets watched. To keep up with the momentum, we’re opening up our official Freelance Black book to build a go-to network of hands-on, high-craft production legends we can call on.

The Crew We're Looking For

If you live and breathe digital media, understand what makes content work across platforms, and love turning wild briefs into sharp, high-performing output, we want you on speed dial. We’re building our roster across the entire production and post pipeline:

  • Directors & Creator-Directors: Visual storytellers who understand hooks, pacing, personality, and digital culture, and can direct content across both short-form and long-form — from 9:16 to 16:9.
  • Producers & Production Managers: Production ninjas who can navigate tight turnarounds, multi-asset deliverable lists, and fast-moving sets without losing their cool.
  • DoPs & Camera Operators: Lighting and camera wizards who know how to make social content look like a million bucks on production-realistic timelines.
  • Editors & Motion Designers: Pacing gods, slapcomp masters, and edit pros who know how to edit for retention, narrative, and humour (Premiere, DaVinci, After Effects).
  • VFX Artists & Animators: Creative post pros who can pull off slick visual hacks, post-heavy pipelines, and thumb-stopping visual effects.
  • Art Department, Stylists & Technical Crew: Set designers, prop stylists, gaffer/spark crews, and sound recordists who bring polish and vibe to every setup.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
