Level Up Talent is looking for ambitious, well-connected and commercially minded individuals to join our growing team as Talent Agents / Talent Scouts.
Level Up Talent is a modern talent management hub focused on discovering, developing and launching distinctive talent across fashion, entertainment, presenting, content creation and the wider creative industries.
This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to build experience within talent management, fashion, entertainment or influencer/creator relations while developing and earning commission from successful bookings and opportunities they generate.
About Level Up Talent
The story behind Level Up began in 2012 with a vision to create meaningful opportunities for entertainment talent, particularly individuals from marginalised and underrepresented backgrounds.
Our work has since developed across talent management, personal branding, bookings, events and brand development, with experience spanning the UK and international markets.
Level Up Talent was created as the next stage of that journey — a hub connecting talent, brands and opportunities.
The Role
As a Talent Agent, you will work with the Level Up team to identify opportunities for our talent, develop relationships with brands and businesses, and help secure paid bookings.
You will be encouraged to develop your skills while representing Level Up Talent professionally and supporting the growth of our roster.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Identifying potential booking opportunities for Level Up talent
- Approaching brands, agencies, production companies, event organisers and other potential clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients
- Introducing Level Up Talent and our roster to relevant decision-makers
- Matching talent to suitable briefs, campaigns and opportunities
- Supporting enquiries from initial introduction through to confirmed booking
- Researching emerging brands and potential commercial partnerships
- Identifying new talent who may be suitable for the Level Up roster
- Supporting talent with professional communication and booking requirements
- Maintaining accurate records of leads, conversations and booking opportunities
- Working alongside the Level Up team on campaigns and business-development initiatives
- Representing the Level Up brand professionally online and in person

Who We Are Looking For:
You don't necessarily need previous agency experience.
We're particularly interested in people who are confident communicators, proactive and genuinely interested in talent and the creative industries.
You may already have experience or connections within:
- Fashion
- Modelling
- Music
- Events
- Nightlife
- Media
- PR
- Marketing
- Influencer Marketing
- Content Creation
- Photography
- Film & TV
- Brand Partnerships
You should be:
- Confident approaching new people and businesses
- Comfortable communicating by email, telephone and social media
- Organised and able to manage your own leads
- Commercially aware
- Professional when representing talent
- Comfortable networking and developing relationships
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Interested in developing a career within talent management or the creative industries
- An existing network is beneficial but not essential.

Commission and Earnings
This is a commission-based opportunity.
Agents can earn commission on eligible paid bookings and commercial opportunities they personally introduce and help secure for Level Up Talent.
Commission arrangements, eligibility, payment terms and qualifying bookings will be clearly agreed in writing before you begin.
There is no guaranteed level of earnings, and income will depend on the successful opportunities and bookings generated.
