Role Description
The Freelance Tech Sales Specialist is responsible for driving adoption of AImploy’s AI-powered recruitment solutions through consultative, technology-focused sales activities. This contract, remote role includes prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and clearly explaining technical features and value to potential clients. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to understand product capabilities, address client requirements, and ensure a smooth pre-sales experience. Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, responding to inquiries, following up with prospects, and providing basic technical guidance to support successful onboarding. The role also involves gathering client feedback, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and contributing insights to improve sales processes and product positioning.

Qualifications

- Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build relationships, understand client needs, and present solutions clearly.
- Ability to provide basic Technical Support related to product features, troubleshooting initial user issues, and coordinating with technical teams when needed.
- Familiarity with AI, HR tech, or recruitment platforms is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, contract setting, managing time, priorities, and multiple client engagements.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and online collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack, email automation tools).
- Relevant experience in tech sales, account management, or business development; formal education in business, technology, or a related field is a plus but not required.
