Company Description
AI Technical is a UK-based technical production and equipment hire company providing professional technical services for live events, theatre, concerts, festivals, corporate events, broadcast and creative productions.
We provide a complete range of technical solutions, including lighting, audio, video, rigging, technical equipment hire, production management, technical design and experienced freelance crew. Our team works closely with clients, production companies, venues and event organisers to deliver reliable, professional and practical technical support from initial planning through to the live event.
Based in Hampshire and working across the UK, AI Technical combines quality equipment, technical expertise and experienced crew to help make every production run smoothly, safely and successfully.

Role Description
Reliable and experienced freelance event and technical crew for live events, conferences, exhibitions, corporate productions and technical projects.
Can you provide hands-on support across event setup, technical production, AV, equipment operation, troubleshooting and on-site crew work. Are you comfortable working as part of a production team or independently, with a practical, professional approach and a strong focus on getting the job done safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Experience
- Relevant experience in live events, theatre, concerts, festivals or technical production
- Practical knowledge of event production and technical equipment
- Experience with audio, lighting, video, AV or stage production is advantageous
- Relevant technical or production qualifications are beneficial
- Health & Safety awareness and a professional approach to working on site
- Manual handling and working-at-height training where required
- Appropriate rigging qualifications or experience for rigging-related roles
- Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills
