Role Description
This is a casual, on-site Freelance Tour Guide role based in London. The Tour Guide will lead walking tours and day trips, providing engaging commentary, local insights, and historical and cultural context to diverse groups of guests. Daily tasks include:

The role requires regular weekend availability.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, public speaking, and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and a friendly, professional manner.
- Solid knowledge of London’s history, culture, landmarks, and neighborhoods, or a strong willingness and ability to learn quickly.
- Organisational and time management abilities to plan routes, keep tours on schedule, and manage group logistics.
- Comfort with working on foot for extended periods and in varying weather conditions.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous experience as a guide, educator, or in hospitality or tourism is preferred but not required.
- Right to work in the UK and reliability in attending scheduled tours on time.
