About Us

We are a small family run training provider, based in Pontypridd, South Wales. The company specialises in Health and Social Care training and are also able to offer a portfolio of Health and Safety, First Aid and mental health courses.

We largely work with care homes, domiciliary agencies, and local authorities, delivering to care workers and support workers. We cover all of South Wales and occasionally a little further afield.

Over the years we have gained a reputation for delivering cost-effective, quality training in a fun and engaging way. We have a team of like-minded trainers on board who are passionate about delivering quality training and who love to make their courses fun, interesting and engaging for the learners. We are now looking to extend our training team to include more fun-loving, quality, experienced Health and Social Care Trainers.

Benefits of Working with Us

  • CONTROL of your workload. You can work as much or as little as you like.
  • FLEXIBILITY. We can fit courses around your schedule.
  • VARIETY. We work with a range of customers, you could be delivering to support workers one day, factory workers another, managers or even children. Our course portfolio is large and gives you the opportunity to teach a variety of subjects (depending on your experience and qualifications).
  • CPD. We offer CPD opportunities to our freelance trainers and provide opportunities to upskill and diversify.
  • MEETING NEW PEOPLE. You will be working at a variety of venues and meeting new and interesting people all the time.
  • FREEDOM. We let you deliver the courses your way. As long as the learning outcomes are achieved, we are open to your methods of making the session fun and engaging.
  • IT MATTERS. Working with us, you will be doing a little bit towards improving the quality of health and social care in Wales one learner at a time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
