UKG (Kronos) Project Manager – Freelance / 6-Month Contract – Remote (UK)

About the Role

Trova is looking for an experienced UKG Project Manager to lead a 6-month freelance engagement, fully remote, based in UK. You'll take ownership of a UKG implementation project end-to-end — from planning and stakeholder alignment through to go-live and post-launch support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a UKG implementation project (Pro / Dimensions / Ready — specify which)
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Act as primary point of contact for client stakeholders and internal delivery teams
  • Coordinate resources, tasks, and timelines to keep the project on scope, on time, and on budget
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
  • Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders, including steering committee updates where required
  • Support governance, change control, and scope management throughout the engagement

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
