Freelance VFX Production Manager
Little Shadow is looking for an experienced Freelance VFX Production Manager to join our London team for short-term cover from 5th–23rd October 2026.
We’re a busy independent VFX studio working across broadcast, commercials and creative content, with a mix of 2D, 3D, motion graphics, Unreal and emerging AI workflows.
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently manage multiple live projects through production and delivery.
The Role Will Include:
- Managing multiple VFX projects and schedules simultaneously
- Coordinating artists, resources and priorities across the studio
- Managing client communication, feedback and approvals
- Tracking shots, versions, turnovers and deliveries
- Working closely with the Head of Production and creative team
- Keeping projects moving against deadlines and budgets
- Flagging scheduling, resource or delivery risks early
- Supporting day-to-day studio production as required

We’re Looking for Someone With:
- Previous VFX production experience at Production Manager, Producer or experienced Coordinator level
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Experience managing artists and multiple overlapping deadlines
- Confidence communicating directly with clients
- A good understanding of VFX and post-production workflows
- Experience with production tracking and project management software
- The ability to step into existing projects quickly and keep everything moving
